2689 + 2711 Kingsway
The project was designed to a LEED Gold standard. It is located across from Norquay Park and features a public plaza that marks the beginning of the future Ravine Way Greenway.
Two mixed-use buildings flank the plaza. An 11-storey mid-rise is clad in traditional red brick with brick pattern accents. The lower portion of the mid-rise and complementary low-rise building are clad in contemporary cement panels. Grade level commercial units will help animate the plaza and this stretch of Kingsway. Building amenities include a rooftop playground and greenhouse for the residents.
